ShoppingWith prices for certain goods about 40% less than in the UK and vast choice in modern shopping malls, it's no wonder that many visitors spend a day or two shopping. The whole area is a shopper's paradise with many smaller malls liberally spread around: Market Street, Celebration; Park Avenue in downtown Orlando for "the fine art of discovery". Premium Outlets110 "factory" outlet stores from the world's most exclusive brands - from Burberry, DKNY, Armani, Ralph Lauren and Zale's diamonds to Nike, Nautica and many more - offer savings of between 25% and 65%. Designed in the style of a Mediterranean village, the stores are set in the open air rather than an enclosed mall although walkways are partially covered offering some protection from the elements. One mile from exit 68 on the I4, about 20 minutes drive from the Abbey villa.

Florida MallContaining 253 stores - including JC Penney, Sears, Burdines and Dillards - in one mall, this is the largest in the area. Located at the intersection of the South Orange Blossom Trail and Sand Lake Road in Orlando, it's a 35 minute drive from the villa.   
BelzLocated on International Drive about a mile from exit 75A on the I4 Belz contains 200 brand name outlets in three separate malls and four annexes. Approximately 25 minutes from the villa by car. 
MilleniaOrlando's newest shopping mall Millenia(opened in late 2002) boasts Bloomingdale's, Macy's and Nieman Marcus as well as 170 other stores. Right beside exit 78 of the I4 or 30 minutes from the Abbey villa.  |
