At the Abbey, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets in the evening or just soak up the sunshine in complete privacy during the day.

The balcony at the villa, looks out over the wetland conservation area.

Two tables and accompanying chairs allow you to sit out on the balcony and watch the wildlife or just enjoy the views, protected from Florida's insects by the "bug cage" which also encloses the pool area.

Relax at The Abbey

The sheer volume of space in the sitting area helps to keep it cool and the double window allows a great deal of light in. Just off the hall and sitting area the stairway leads up to the upper floor and main bedroom area.

The Abbey's open plan sitting area contains a large sofa, small sofa and armchair, coffee table, occasional tables and lamps, a 31" TV with cable, DVD player (North American region 1 DVDs only) and a VCR machine. Both DVDs and videos can be hired from the local rental shop at Champions Gate or other hire shops in the area.

The Abbey - Hall

The double doors at the front of the villa lead into the hallway which is fully tiled and features a vaulted ceiling and bridge over to the second master bedroom area. The hall opens directly onto the sitting area, dining area, kitchen and staircase to the upper floor.

The Abbey's dining area has seating for eight people comfortably although most guests enjoy the luxury of being able to eat out on the lanai by the pool whatever the time of day.

The Abbey - Kitchen

The large, modern kitchen at the Abbey is fully fitted, including a built-in microwave, fridge-freezer and waste disposal unit.

The kitchen is next to the dining area and close to the alternative eating area on the lanai, access for this is through the dining area.

The washing machine and tumble drier are kept in a separate laundry area beside the internal garage door.
